Ballard Commons Park

Day 1, Park 4. Ballard Commons Park. The city appears to have put some effort into rehabilitating this park over the last couple years. It had been closed since December 2021 and reopened March 11, 2023.

The parks department put the chess set out. We played a game quick game. The two attendants started cleaning up the jenga set at 5:00 pm. So we called good game. Since neither of us skate, we didn’t drop in. Some kids were def gleaming the cube though. Walked a bit and called it.

Is this Seattle’s newest park then? IDK. It’s only our 4th. That’s the end of day 1. We’re 1.0471% done.
