Day 1, park 2. Marvin’s Garden. This little triangle near downtown Ballard is the home of the Ballard City Hall Bell. Bertha Davis, who had a thing for bells, put it best, “A bell makes you feel alive.” If you’re feeling the bell stir something inside you, just keep the rules in mind when the revelry pops off.
