Lincoln Park
Day 3. Park 7. Now that the West Seattle Bridge has been re-opened awhile, we took the chance on a relatively nice day to drive out to West Seattle’s jewel of a public space - Lincoln Park. Our lucky number 7th park. Number 3 on John Charles Olmsted’s 1908 plan. This park has something for everyone. If you want to walk through the forest, wander around the upper area all afternoon. If you’re looking for a windy walk along the Puget S0und, make your way down path to the water. Bring a picnic or a bat and ball. There is even a pool. Lots of people around but I didn’t see Abraham or Chester.
